Stumbled onto BP a couple months ago and have been watching skeptically from the wings.  

I've been doing some research and stumbled upon Peter Harris' free Commercial Real Estate Investing for Beginners course on Udemy, which has me hoping to make my first commercial deal by then end of 2016.  

Thought I'd share a great book I stumbled over at Amazon while looking at Real Estate books to buy.

I stumbled upon this community on YouTube which is where I go for entertainment, education, motivation, etc.

I have stumbled on a deal, but it keeps getting more complicated and it is making me nervous.Duplex, ARV 135, Rent is 1400 total currently and market is 1700.Seller is 6 months behind and it is 14600 to cure the loan.  

Hi all,I'm new to this forum, stumbled across it whilst doing some research and found it to be very helpful reading through so thought I would sign up.

I felt there was a cheaper way of learning how to get into real estate investing, so I stumbled on this lovely website here. 

Through my ongoing study and research I stumbled across BP.

However since stumbling onto BP I am learning that it is possible to get into bigger deals.  

I was extremely lucky to have that support and even luckier to stumble on a way to make a full time income working nights and weekends in high school, college, and a bit after (doing magic shows at kids' birthday parties).
