What's up? My name's Anthony! I'm currently a pharmacy student in my early 20s projected to graduate in May 2017. I've always known I wanted to invest in real estate from an early age because of the success my parents have had with their real estate business. They didn't receive any kind of formal training and definitely didn't have a resource like this 80s as you would imagine. They built their business through trial and error.  I've also helped them with the business with everything from cutting the grass to buying supplies and making repairs with my father to digitizing their records. They've taught me through their experience but I'm also looking to educate myself further and build my own business by myself from the ground up. I'm really interested in flipping homes as well as investing in rental property. I stumbled upon this community on YouTube which is where I go for entertainment, education, motivation, etc. My goal here is to build my knowledge base up so that within 1 year after I graduate, I can invest in my first property.
