Hi
Hi all,
I'm new to this forum, stumbled across it whilst doing some research and found it to be very helpful reading through so thought I would sign up. First off i'm from the UK but have been looking at investing in property for the last few years. I've done research on a few countries in Europe, been interested in a few things here in the UK but I always keep coming back to the US, primarily Florida.
I have equity in my home roughly $65k and my plan is to get a property which I can rent with returns of 8-10%. All profits including any sale of the property will be set aside for the next investment. I currently work on shifts so I have a fair bit of spare time each month to tie up any loose ends. The one thing i'm struggling with is local knowledge as I am going to need a company to assist me with my first purchase so finding one which will guide me through is quite challenging. Color darcy is one which looks to be a good service so i'm going to look into them.
Any advice given is much appreciated.
