I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets through watching videos about investing in real estate using Self-Directed IRAs on Youtube.  

I stumbled across this website while looking for information on how to invest some money that I received when I got rear ended.

And I stumbled on the aggregators who do this for a living.. so there you go some out of the box ideas.. cookies is not very original but no one mentioned it.
