Hi All, 

My name is Dannica Smith.  I am originally from  North Carolina, but I live in Georgia.  I am a military veteran and my current occupation is Private Security.  I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets through watching videos about investing in real estate using Self-Directed IRAs on Youtube.  I watched a Youtube version of the podcast and ended up searching for a question that led to the forum.  My goal is to change my life.  I can't take this lifestyle anymore and I am thoroughly interested in real estate and passive income.  I think that Buy and Hold is my beginning strategy, but I am trying my best to learn as much as possible before I move a finger.  I love to connect with others.  Any questions, concerns, or suggestions?
