Hello everybody,

My name is Paul McCormick, I am from Highland Park, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia. I have recently attained my CPA license, I work as an accountant for a commercial insurance company in Philadelphia.  I am an avid Philadelphia Sixers fan (sad for right now, but I am trusting the process). I also enjoy cars and consider myself a personal finance nerd. 

I am interested in multi-family real estate investing (buy and hold), and looking forward to educating myself and hopefully purchasing my first home/multi-family property within the next 2 years. 

I stumbled upon the Bigger Pockets forums and community through Reddit, I am looking forward to sifting through the various mediums for real estate education and meeting other people from the community and possibly my area.
