Read self help, books on improving your personal skills, how to effectively understand what people want and what you want from them, your ability to communicate with the people you want to be more connected with starts with your EQ, of course rich dad poor dad is a great start, but having a good foundation in communication, and practicing it daily will help you grow, you can learn real estate anywhere, people skills is an in the trenches skill, start with smiling at strangers and getting smile back its the simplest form of an exchange.

If he lived there long enough to benefit from major appreciation, it would seem opportunistic of you to come in and do a bit of a remodel and take years of growing wealth, but my answer might be different if you were working with a stranger.

I would look into the laws around this, maybe call the non-emergency police number and ask what happens if someone illegally parks in your driveway as I feel this is essentially the same as a stranger parking in your driveway as far as the law goes.Do your research then give the tenants a very stern talk with a hard deadline, and if the RV isn't out by 9a on that day have a tow truck standing by.
