To all you expert STR rental arbitrage masters out here: how do you convince a landlord to AirBnB their property? What is your talk track? Thank you in advance :)

@Gulliver R. let's not fool ourselves here with nuance tips and tricks. Money! - is the incentive to convince your landlord to allow Airbnb arbitrage. Similar to that of any other investment partner, structure a deal in that part of the proceeds from your arbitrage business goes to your landlord, the legitimate supplier if you will. Put together a pro forma to show returns and make it worth their wild and hard for them to say no. However, easier said then done. Most landlords still will not allow you to sublet the property simply due to high risk that is associated with the model. Nevertheless, hope this helps.
