Nor are hosts and servers used to making sure rebellious patrons wear masks or observe social distancing recommendations.

We do this for bartenders and servers where most of their income is off the books but it can work for someone being self employed. 

It is a good idea to have an attorney draft the notice to vacate and have a process server deliver the notice for proof of delivery.

Joe's lease has provisions against this, so I properly serve him a "10 day notice to cure" using a process server ($$).

I prefer the old way too, but I'm sure they will look at server logs and decide which format is better.It would be nice if there was a detection script for phones that would default to this one for phones or else be the old one for everyone else.I have used this one one a tablet, and on the PC, and simply like the layout of the old one better.
