Financing Options When Newly Self Employed
Hi Bigger Pockets Community!
This is my first post on Bigger Pockets. I am newly self employed (1 year) and I am looking to begin to invest in real estate, preferably multi-families, within the Greater Boston area. I have reached out to several banks however I have not been able to get pre-approved for a 30-year mortgage.
I have explored the commercial loan option and was hoping to hear from others who may have been in similar situations.
Thank you!
