Hey guys! I've been deep diving into the world of real estate for the past couple of months now. And I've been studying generally for a few years. I am only a server/ waiter atm Making around 20 K to 30 K a year. Would y'all say to start investing and try to save up a down payment. Or would it be smarter to switch into a real estate career first like real estate agent or wholesaling and then switch to investing? And what would y'all say would be the first noob friendly investing strategy? Flip? Rent? BRRR? Lease to own? House hacking? Sorry if stuff like this has been answered before. Any and all help would be much appreciated thank you.
