I'm flying to LA on Wednesday and will stay there for 1 week. to explore the opportunists that I might have there as a real estate investor and also as a contractor. I'm looking for some leads to meet new guys there related to my goal which would be buying properties for fix and flip and also some job opportunities to do remodeling for other home owners. Contractors are so needed here . Look to join a local meet up and investment club for networking and establish a relationship with realtors that serve real estate investors . Also need a solid wholesaler relationship too. Bp is great for this . Welcome and wishing you much success .
