Similar to obtaining a real estate license, you would have to study certain materials, pass a scheduled exam, and get 20 hours of annual training every year per federal guidelines to maintain the license.  

The city is trying to pass a new zoning blanket where a multi-use zoning for commercial, residential, and biotech will be able to come to the 93/95 area of Woburn so I see Woburn having some some real growth in the years to come.

Hi Josh, You probably already know this but I see a lot of agents that don't so I'll pass a tip - Make the terms of the lease really clear in the listing and communicate you can provide support for the current tenants rental history. 

Inform them that because you must now test the new keys and pass a copy to your maintenance man you have the same amount of time and effort involved as if you have simply gone out and let him in.

A street level investor will NEVER-EVER pass as a qualified counterparty for any of the "big boys".

I think my association is trying to pass a rule so I can no longer rent out my unit (I am currently the only rental).I read through the "Declaration of Condominium Ownership" and Bylaws and there is no mention of rental restrictions except a "first right option".  

I am not anywhere near the point of going that route, just looking for a mentor or source information to understand it as the opportunity has come by twice now, but I had to pass as I am not familiar enough at this point.
