Sitting here working on a Rent To Own company business plan but I can't find the answer to this question. Do you need to be a licensed realtor to operate a Rent To Own?

"Rent to Own" and "Seller Financing" are two totally different things.

Difference Between Rent To Own Homes and Owner Financing
