When I purchased my first property 2 years ago, a 4-unit MF, 2 of the 4 units went prematurely vacant while the property was under contract.  

Is there anyway that giving the address premature will allow them to underhand me in the deal?

A potentially good strategy for HELOC would be to get it and have it available so you are not paying prematurely.

One must be careful and not be late returning the money or a taxable event will occur.Dan, what you are referring to is called "60-day rollover" and the use of those funds for real estate project can be very dangerous, because REI can sometimes be unpredictable and if you are not able to deposit those funds into a qualified plan within 60-days it will be considered premature distribution and therefore taxes and penalties would apply, resulting in loss of up to 50% of the amount of distribution in some cases (depending on your tax bracket). 

You need to place that into future contracts in the event another tenant breaches the terms of your contract by breaking out of lease prematurely.

The above may very well happen if you go ahead and file a claim prematurely.
