Co-Wholesale/Joint Venture Agreement
Hello, BP I am currently in the midst of wholesaling a deal with another wholesaler and I have a few questions that I would like to ask.
1. The property is contracted by another wholesaler but I have the end buyer needed to complete the deal. The investor who has the property has stated that he will be assigning me the price of the property, and what I need to is then assign that to the end buyer. is there something about this that I need to weary of?
2. The buyer has stated that they wanted to know the address of the home, but the problem is that I have signed no contractual agreement with the other investor. Is there anyway that giving the address premature will allow them to underhand me in the deal?
