We got that pretty licked and I got another spot to build another dam (while building the road) the bottom of the valley has solid flat stone (like the hoover dam has) the soil around the rock does not drain thru so fast.

I went to school at Geneva College, so I am pretty familiar with Beaver County but would like to purchase a property a little closer to the city since I will be house-hacking it and I work close to the city. 

I rarely own something until it gets old but those dam driers burn their sensors all the time from students over loading it.

If not, stop using the word mold and use mold like substance or something less damming to yourself in all of your communications with everyone. 

@Loren Thomas When I turn on the switch, does the electricity actually go from the dam to my home and back to the dam again?

Ice damming is real and creates water intrusions, when the gutters start backing up with snow, the warm roof melts the snow, but it refreezes and expands getting under shingles, and then into roofs.

@Ramy Man Yea i use Cozy for rent payment and Beaver for property management and accounting. 

@Jay Sheth I’ve had two 110+ year old mansions and I’ve had to deal with asbestos, 40 year old furnaces, old plumbing, knob and tube wiring, electrical that was on fuses which was up to code but would blow periodically and then if you didn’t have spare fuses it was a problem, roofs that got ice dams every year because the houses were only meant to be summer homes, under ground oil tanks, leaking gas lines.
