Best areas in Pittsburgh to invest

What are the best areas to invest in in Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas? I am looking to purchase my first property shortly and plan to purchase a duplex and house-hack the other unit. I am newer to Allegheny County and do not know the county too well. I have noticed that duplexes closer to the city need more rehab and are more expensive.  What are some of the best areas to invest in?

Thank you, @Jeremy Taggart and @Scott E. I will take a look at that thread. I went to school at Geneva College, so I am pretty familiar with Beaver County but would like to purchase a property a little closer to the city since I will be house-hacking it and I work close to the city.
