I would like to know if anyone can share any sample letters you have used in the present/past for direct mail marketing?

I'm nervous to share this, for fear of being scolded :) and also remember i'm a *NOOB* , but this is a sample that I've actually had positive response to....I'm not sure how risky it is to actually put a dollar amount offer in the letter, but in each case that I used this I've had a response and the owner understood that my offer was tentative and not solid.

That is not a large enough sample to to give it a fair test.

They'll take a sample of your handwriting and make a font specific to you!!

I'm not sure my sample's large enough to tell how much of an impact it has.

I wanted to prioritize (even though it’s a small sample) just for the exercise.

If you're an agent in ATL, you know who I'm talking about.Of course, for both of us, our sample sizes are relatively small (I've sold about as many houses as you have he past opulent years) and our data is purely empirical.
