Inheritance Marketing

Hello all. I have searched around but have not find much information regarding marketing to a inheritance list. Would anyone be willing to share their marketing piece or give me some insight?

Thanks,
Stuart

The answer depends on if you're wanting an abundance of calls or call quality. I always want abundance.

If so keep the message simple and direct. The standard I want to buy your house letter. If call quality then longer copy. Either way hand addressed envelope or yellow express envelope and hit the list 3 times.

Your third time you could do a postcard. Also typically these lists aren't cross referenced against property lists so you may want to confirm the type of property before your mail campaign if budget is a concern.

If you want to see samples of the letters we have them at my site. (Josh did I do that right?)
