Your attempt at Spanish will introduce you to a lot of people that live there that will translate for you when you can't middle through with "Spanglish".  

Hi @Matt KowskeI think that you definitely need a translator.  

Even though this was blatantly an "alter ego" to avoid creditors it still took the full legal force of the Federal government to crack into the LLC.  

Jeff: i will use the most recent purchase of a sec 8 property purchase price plus repair and closing come to 20,000. the new rent after recent increase is $625 monthly (was 588) taxes are just under 900 and insurance is just under $600.( these are ballpark numbers did not look up exact) Income is $7500 taxes and insurance are 1500 which nets $6000 before maintenance etc. that translates to a 30% return.

Too many things can go wrong when you are translating through a child.

I also want to thank @Rick Baggenstoss for challenging me to be more logical, helping me become a better problem solver, putting up with seemingly unlimited "grasshopper questions," and giving me the confidence to translate skills from my real job to this realm.  

Which translated to expensive. 

Property manager should be able to point out the obvious explanation for the lower temp when they are altering the temperature through their actions.

Would you also mind sharing what your metrics looked like in terms of response rate and how many offers/deals that translated into?  

If you asked me what I do all day, I could say I drive 45 minutes to work (a boring and wasteful use of my precious time), have constant in person and telephone interruptions all day long and make decisions that have life-altering implications.
