When Guru’s start showing up on TV/Radio and people start selling “Systems” it is time to be concerned .2)Sellers Markets make people feel smart as the market rises and people cash quick checks with nice profits even if they didn’t run an efficient process.3)What worked the last 5 years can lead you to go broke if you don’t change your approach as hold times and margins are about to drastically change.In the end please recognize that the market has changed and thus you need to be more conservative or you could go broke.

It is by far the best pull, TV coming in second..Here is a classified ad I run and I typically run two at a time with two different messages including different telephone numbers.The other Ad is placed upside down..Here is a Magazine ad I run in the Realtors magazines... there are only 6 pages to place your ad on which produce results.

Either way the economy goes, I am OK.Bottomline: stop trying to predict the economy and instead, focus your attention on making good deals that will make you money regardless of what happens to the economy.Oh and here's a quote I saw from a TV show that succinctly summarizes the folly of trying to predict the economy and investing based on it: "Economists are on earth to make fortune tellers look good."

Seems like common since but you'd be surprised how many people think they can jump into real estate as if they were running a kool aid stand on the street corner, probably get more money wearing a sign that says "Please help, God bless".I guess they watch too much TV and then have fantasies about being wealthy, try the lotto.

We don't advertise our "open houses" as such - we tell prospective viewers that the property is available for viewing between X and X on these days, that someone will be at the property able to show them around and answer any questions.

I wish I could trade my money for time and right now I am doing everything I possibly can to get to a point to where I am able to do that: I have sold my house and downsized significantly, I downsized my car, I canceled my TV, I downgraded my phone, I have been actively changing things in my life to get my mandatory monthly expenses to a point where I am able to invest more into my business.
