Hello Everyone, so I have posted on here about this before, but no one really responded or helped. So as a wholesaler I have found that the deals that I have lost because of low offers I have found that if I knew more about creative financing I could have won those deals. Anyone in the Vancouver, WA area that can help me or anyone else. Any good books on it to learn, podcasts, videos?

This may not be wise, since we're in the same market. But one of the guys from BiggerPockets wrote a great book "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down". It's a quick read, I'm looking to use some of his methods in our area as well. Good luck!
