If you know the neighbors, ask them to report noise violations to the police so there is proof she is disrupting the neighborhood. 

They are extremely loud and we have had noise complaints from the other tenants in the duplex.When we signed the lease I went line by line through the lease and the tenant is informed of these things.

There were some legit reasons for the one star review but some that seemed silly including airplane noise even though this is clearly stated in the listing (they indicated the noise shook the walls - I have never experienced that).  

Even if the station operates within all environmental guidelines, and there are no significant issues with smell, noise etc., people might still be put off by the perspective of living close to it.
