Dishwashers and garbage disposals

Is it wise to place a dishwasher and garbage disposal in each unit of a forty-four unit property in order to generate larger rents and higher property value? My concern is maintenance and higher water bills.

Sometimes the insides will not be clean just by running a load of dishwashing detergent. There is something called "dishwasher magic" that you put into the dishwasher and then run an empty cycle to deal with certain staining of the insides of the dishwasher.
