The houses I saw were sold based on new configuration.

One duplex was configured a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath One Car Garage each side.

He also has an eye for layouts and how we may be able to configure a room if you’re doing any big work like that.

We renovate to a home-owner residence standard and are usually priced at the top of the price range in the neighborhoods where we compete so I just figured we charged more than section 8 was willing to pay for a particular apartment configuration but no one has ever told me for sure.

Hi Mel, whether this is a homerun or not will be very specific to the location/configuration of the two sites, how much value is attributed to the two homes vs the land, and any easements either property may have.

There is not enough demand to accommodate all those lockers, and the configuration was way too large based upon the demographics of the community. 

Works very efficient once you get it configured correctly and the best part it is customizable to grow with you.
