Best ideas and thought about putting up storage units? I have an investor that will be paying for the down payment for the loan. What is a good deal that we could make to make best of both worlds? A certain percentage? A certain cut per unit? This is my first storage unit and would like to get some knowledge of what to do and what my next steps will be. Also, any areas that are a good option?
