Dear Mr. S. My name is Susan, and i receive section 8 assistance. I have some college background and i am an ideal tenant. People who receive housing assistance aren't destructive or so called ghetto because they receive housing. People choose to be destructive because it's how they choose to live. I leased a home for 8 years until This month with a housing voucher. I payed for lawn care. I did minor repairs and was never late the entire 8 years. I left the house in good condition. I am clean, respectful and educated.. Tenants are obviously all different. The trick is in meeting the right tenant. I wish you luck in finding someone as responsible and i am as a voucher holder.
