In recent conversation with county engineer, they brought up an easement on this land to NRCS/flood control dam built next to my property and the dam has inundation easement on my entire lot.

We got that pretty licked and I got another spot to build another dam (while building the road) the bottom of the valley has solid flat stone (like the hoover dam has) the soil around the rock does not drain thru so fast.
