Is that just because the way the algorithm is designed? 

Automated Value Models (zestimate, or anything else that posts a "estimated value") just won't do it; as the algorithm misses too many variables.

You may need to do the conversion from your currency to dollar $ to make sure everything works and no glitches within the algorithm throw things off.  

A good agent knows the market better then computer algorithms,  I have units rented right now that are literally renting $500 more then what Zillow thinks they should rent for. 

I have a Mathematics & Economics degree and got 4.0 GPA at college, but I made terrible investment decisions before even when I programmed a deep learning algorithm using probability and statistics to predict the stock market.

@David Russell  Credit score is only part of your fundability issue, it's how you are handling your money and the algorithms lenders use to determine if you are a good borrow. 

Google often changes their algorithms, but reviews and comments still drive you up to search list.

Smaller populations benefit greatly from technology whereas a place like America can't make sense of it, just pray for supercomputers to be able to use an algorithm one day.
