Kian, before the moderators get on to you, I would suggest keeping on topic inside a forum thread.

Obviously, I am not a moderator but providing information when you have no experience in that state can do more harm than good.

Finding good tenants is moderately difficult but when I put a sign in front of a house (with no advertisements at all) I usually get several calls the same day.

Yachts, private parties, girls, alcohol, guns, ripping people out of their homes and kicking them onto the streets. 

Grant money can be available for low and moderate income housing.
