It seems some people can't handle spirited debate so they are exploiting a forum rule and filling any thread that has valid points they disagree with full of personal attacks and use that rule to get the whole thread deleted. Personally I'm tired of putting effort into discussions only to have 2 or three people exploit that rule to get it deleted so I'm done with the political forum.

As an aside note - If you want to complain that I'm not posting real estate related threads, you're free to search the over 3,000 real estate threads I've posted for three and a half years and have a nice cup of STFU.

One final note - call me a racist and I'll challenge you to an MMA match. I'm not kidding. You want to take that route and I'll challenge you to back up your mouth in the ring.

One more thing, this political discussion was here LONG before you were and I haven't seen this intense level of moderation become necessary for 3 years. If I was to ruin it, it would have happened years ago.

Maybe you should watch the culture around here for a little longer than 5 months before trying to unzip and measure and explain to us what an authority you are. We don't care who you are where you come from.
