For right now, I've been walking around neighborhoods, taking a look at properties with poor to moderate flyers, redesigning the flyers, and emailing the agents with a redesign and an offer to create another flyer for their next listing for free.

I believe the job of sales is to assist people to make decisions that they are often unable to make on their own with guidance, direction and sufficient information as well as someone to help moderate their expectations.
