If I were you I would go and find a Demo crew, Rough guys(HVAC,Plumbing,Electrician), Framer, Drywaller, Siding and Roof Guys,  Flooring guy, Kitchen guy, bathroom guy, and the list goes on.

First angle; some how find out the owners name and the address of properties that are in delinquency of their property and  assess evrything (potential demo cost).

Demo started on February 1st and took 47 days to completion.

I had a few houses done - these are just standard double paned windows They generally run me 450-550 per window to demo and install (including materials)

I'm wondering if it is a better option to put work into an old run down unit or to just demo it and put a brand new mobile home in the same space.

You'll have more luck with demoing an existing structure than finding bare land here in Seattle.

@Chheang Yang, The statutory requirements of 1031 force you to relinquish (close sale) of your old property before taking title to the new property.
