Lenders: What are your deal templates?
What are the most common ways that you structure your lending deals?
How do you adjust your deal terms if the investor wants to negotiate some large variable (like security)?
Have you ever used any creative methods of structuring a deal? (adding equity to the deal, etc)

@Tim Johnson I think we would need a little more clarification of what you are asking here. Or maybe I can help clarify a little too. Most loans are already pre-structured. Meaning, when someone states that they are trying to do X...then we put them into the loan that does X. So if you are looking to buy and hold....then there is a "buy and hold" type of loan. If you are looking to renovate...then there is a "renovation" loan. Does that help?
