It is because  Canada allows US citizens to own real estate in Canada.1

These people are model citizens when it come to recycling.Why do you ask?

If your bid was on a Junior lien, this gives you the chance to see that the more senior lien(s) won’t be getting paid - you don’t want to see that ;)

This current property I'm trying to purchase has 6 beds, will be perfect for another residential independent senior living property after I've moved out and should bring in about 36k monthly before expenses.

And keep in mind the senior debt does not have to allow you to make up payments.. some will but its not a right . 

Doesn't this happen with US citizens too?
