We are addressing the source of the issue, which seems to be blocked weep holes, high brush piled around the periphery of the home, possibly prior leaky kitchen pipes and some holes in the brick.

In this case two large branches from the neighbor's trees hanging over the house that could fall on the house during a hurricane or lightening, outside columns soft from rain or bugs, multiple lights not working, fridge not dispensing ice or water, dishwasher rusty and at the end of its life, hot water pressure in bathrooms too low...

Here is where I discovered the next issue: you can't excavate until a week before the concrete company is ready to pour the concrete footings, because you don't want your dig to turn into a muddy pond with a soft bottom.

We have many soft commits from our LPs excited to work with us seeing as we have typically said no in the past (either we were not ready to take on investor dollars/wanted to build more of a solid foundation first) so we are excited to generate great returns for others that we have been able to do for ourselves for several years.
