Is Mortgage Calculator Company legit?
Just seriously starting to look at DSCR loans to refinance a 4-unit rental property that I have just completely a full remodel. My traditional loan officers have not had access to DSCR loan options so I have found it more difficult to find local folks in this niche. Have had some initial conversation with a LO with Mortgage Calculator Company, LLC. The initial contacts who generated the lead seemed sketchy but she seems to know the biz. Is anyone familiar with this operation?

Looking online they seem legit and have a great presence. I'd just get quotes and do a soft pull. See what they quote. Try to connect with another 1 or 2. Not sure if they are hyper local or a larger chain. Larger chains can be a pain sometimes to deal with
