There are so many threads I read where the OP asks a question or presents a scenario and gets lots of great feedback but there is never a follow up from the OP as to how the situation worked out.I think it would be so much more useful to people reading the threads after the fact if there were such follow-ups.It would give a much more clearer picture of the quality of the advice given and provide new data and experience for all of us.I'd like to ask Joshua Dorkin to encourage new posters to follow up their original posts through to the "conclusion of the story".

Again, goes to show, like Chris Clothier and Joshua Dorkin have spoke to many times...this site is a HUGE backlink/"RELEVANT, QUALITY" content generator for Google RankingsIn conclusion, My website's SEO is still doing it's job.

Hey to All ...From my experience and result over the last few months and years looking for the right lenders have come to a conclusion here it is: There are two types of lenders the ones that provide funding on L-T-V meaning loan to values which don't include rehab cost due to the fact that the property as it stands must have appraisal high to purchase and will only lend on 65 to 60 percent of value.
