Hello,

Since I started investing, I have allowed myself to be the recipient of many gurus and people trying to sell mentoring programs and other services aimed at newby investors. Some I have found very helpful, and I find that if I sift through the garbage I can usually find a gem of thought from most every program, in order to formulate my own that works for me.

I was wondering about a particular one called Ameraco, Inc. Their site is finditandfundit.com. The idea is they are portraying themselves as the site to go to if you are a whoelsaler or birddog. they say they have buyers, financing, mentoring, everything! Of course, it all sounds too good to be true, so I thought I would ask and see if anyone has tried it and found it worth the cost.Thanks, Mike
