TBDLaundry Closet: Should I add a bi-fold door here? 

This particular studio had the largest closet in the entire building of 26 units, including my manager's apartment.  

Your family thinks it wastes time away from them ,the tenants think your evil and a greedy oppressor ,The city thinks your a profiteer trying to get bilk money from the townspeople.. my advice is don’t make it personal your just going to be let down when the tenant leaves you With no rent ,a dead hooker stuffed in the closet and  cat urine soaked carpeting 

But they are also ugly, noisy, and expensive to run, so it depends a lot on the class of property and what your goals for the property are in terms of repositioning.It isn't always as simple as just slapping in a central unit; Electrical panel and/or service upgrades are sometimes needed, and you need attic or crawl access for duct work and returns, as well as a place for the air handler to go (which often means giving up a closet). 

I then built a combo closet and pantry in that corner, since the entry door is in the kitchen and we had no coat closet.

They never ask normal questions like where are the laundry facilities, what's the parking situation, they never look at how big the closets are. 

Kitchen walls, living room floor corners and walls , and in closets and sinks and around the toilet bowls .

I've attached pictures of the current setup, my plumber wants to put them in the middle bedroom's closet (the one with the foggy window) but they would be sticking out a bit and I also plan on renting this house by the room so that could be a problem to have the laundry in one of the rooms.

Last year on a 1125 sq ft flip I added a 1/2 bath by expanding a useless 2nd story closet between the 2 upper bedrooms.

And because the carpet inside of the closet has been soaked for at least 5 months, the walls of the closet has mold growing up and down them!
