Japan still in lost 3 decades now..

GE has a global aerospace Research Center 15 minutes from where I live and Nissan has its largest investment outside of Japan in the town of Aguascalientes.  

I just went to Hawaii for the first time and love it, though Waikiki is awfully crowded, worse than Japan.

It has also helped endure many insanely packed trains on my commute here in Tokyo.I have been living in Japan for 10+ years.    

My wife and I just moved back from Japan and will be stopping in Dallas as we tour parts of the country that we are considering settling in.We would love to meet local residents and learn more about the investment climate in and around Dallas.

I have take a tactical tilt a little more towards International Developed Equity Markets (like Europe & Japan) which haven't seen near the run up & have experienced currency weakness.

Here is the situation:I am an American citizen living in Japan who owns 5 single family properties in the US.

I am relatively new to real estate, and am currently in Japan.  

I currently live in Japan and Im from Washington and have been investing...sporadically... in the greater Seattle area for the past 10 years.
