Creditors will falsify documents, therefore be sure to get certified copies on the spot, use the same notary to certify that the copy you have is authentically a copy of the wet ink document.

The reason is that while I'm on this deployment, when it naturally comes up in conversation, for me to be able to say that I invest in real estate is going to add a level of authenticity that will make me much more likely to believe in myself and continue to invest when I get out.

So if Nike has the phrase "Just Do It" trademarked and I casually mention in my marketing materials "if you want to go out and travel you should just do it" then i'm infringing on their copyright....gtfoh.
