I suspect that a lot of traffic you get probably bounce off pretty fast.Try adding giving obvious value to your audience so they want to stay on the page longer.

I'm not sure a family would know what to do with you; and how would you provide them the peaceful use of the property - if say - their kid was bouncing a ball in the house or the kids/parents were fighting/television on loud, etc.?

Also, you have people who have invested in safe, and high crime areas, so you can bounce ideas off of them there.For the most part personally, we made sure we secured the building in a way that really deterred criminals, and made sure we do a block by block analysis - learn how to read which blocks were good, and which ones we should stay away from.
