Hey everyone!  I'm a Software Engineer from Philadelphia and I'm getting a bit tired of the 9-5 grind.  I really want something that I'm compensated based on the amount of effort I put in, and Real Estate seems like exactly that kind of business.  I do own a few houses with some partners that we rent out.  So it's not my very first rodeo, but pretty close.

I'm really into the idea of investing/flipping land.  I've read tons of info on the subject over the past few weeks and I've decided that's the route I'd like to go.  I'm looking to send out my first round of mail in the next couple weeks and would love to bounce ideas off of people doing the same thing.  

Anyone in Philly that wants to meet up for coffee just hit me up!
