I just joined a great team that's doing deals nationwide.. none of us are using our own credit or cash!

I quickly saw that Nationwide Insurance was consistently listed with the lowest rates, and some pretty attractive terms and closing conditions as well.  

@Alan DeardorffThere are many nationwide lenders that specialize in loaning/refinancing Rentals. 

But craigslist or a realtor/broker website is nationwide a "For Rent" or "For Sale" sign only in this street.

I also got some great rates via Nationwide in the midwest, but you'll need to see what their rates would be for your geographical area...Good luck.

I am currently with Nationwide and although I have been happy with them, I am being told that I will have to move to a commercial policy to insure the sixth.
