Nationwide. Anybody use them ?

I am looking for financing on a "buy and hold "rental property, and was searching for Private Money lenders, and rates.  I came across a "find your rates" website, and did a search.  I quickly saw that Nationwide Insurance was consistently listed with the lowest rates, and some pretty attractive terms and closing conditions as well.  Their FAQ section stated that they DID finance investment properties.  I am scheduled to call them during regular business hours to confirm some of my questions, but I wanted to reach out to the BP community and see if anyone else has used them and what the results were.  Thanks in advance.
