No foreclosure the county just mails you the deed after the redemption period expires.I also set up a self directed IRA that buys tax Leins and it now owns 4 houses in addition to others that I own outside the IRA.From what I hear about tax deed states you are paying right at retail price for property where's as tax lien states you can get properties for pennies on the dollar or a decent interest rate.I concentrate on SFR homes that I keep and rent for passive income.
