New Member in Philadelphia Suburbs
Hi All!
I've been lurking for some time and decided it was time to join. I have a full time job but I'm looking to add to my income through real estate. I'm looking to buy a townhouse/ row home in the Philadelphia suburbs near where I grew up. I'm choosing that area because I know it (or knew it back then) so I'm hoping to feel comfortable buying there. I'm also choosing that area because it seems as though it fits the requirements I've been reading about here.
This will be my first investment property, although I own my house and have bought and sold two others before this one - each of which I worked on to fix it up.
