I'd hate to become the eye-sore of a community.

Since you and your partner took the initiative to purchase the land, you must have had some sore of business incentive for you to want to build your own clinic, correct?

If the roof is a major color eye sore that may be another story.

Today was the first day I didn't wear an N95 mask in the house and I'm fine.  2 other times I've come home with a sore throat immediately after visiting the house without a mask.I just put the carbon filter in tonight so I anticipate the musty smell to be noticeably improved tomorrow and the next day.  

I quickly named this eye sore the "crack house" because it was so fitting.

I could see replacing the trim to a darker color like the top to tie it all together.Your eye sore is the steps and front door. 

You might be trying to save $$ by doing so (relying upon the advice here) but in the end it might wind up biting you in the rear as some say.  

It's in a bad neighborhood with a lot of eye sores around but the neighborhood is REALLY close to a world renowned college and hospital.
